Purchases made through www.repfoto.com or www.therocklibrary.com (the website) will be with Repfoto - The Rock Library (We, Our, Us), whose place of business is situated at 108 Sutton Court, Fauconberg Road, London W4 3EE, email address firstname.lastname@example.org, telephone number 0044 (0)208 995 3632 and You, Your, The Recipient. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the products that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide with your on-line order. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on the terms set out below.
Product Description & Returns Policy.
These return policies do not affect your Statutory Rights.
We aim to ensure that all products are accurately described. However, some variations may occur.
Prices of all products are inclusive of VAT where appropriate. We will be able to provide a VAT receipt if required by any business user.
We use UPS, DHL or UK Parcel Force / TNT as appropriate for shipping to any given destination. All orders are sent 'To Be Signed For' and if you require an alternative delivery method then you must email or phone us on the numbers given above and you will be charged at cost and this cost and method of dispatch must be agreed in writing with us.
You will be notified when you place your order of the packaging and shipping charges applicable to each order. Any delay in publication or shipping dates will be notified to you in writing and any new dates will be promptly given.
We aim to ship all orders for new products immediately after the publication date for each product as stated on the website, but we may take up to 28 days after the release date to deliver any ordered product whether a new product or one already available as stated on the website.
For orders delivered outside the EU, there may be import duties and/or taxes levied on the recipient. Any such charges must be borne by the recipient. It is accepted by you that Repfoto - The Rock Library has no control over additional charges in relation to any such import duties or taxes. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.
Return of defective products and Complaints procedure.
We make every effort to despatch your ordered products to you in perfect condition. However occasionally goods can be damaged in transit. In the event that the product(s) is defective on delivery, please sign-for the package and add 'damaged'. You must report such damage via email or telephone to us within twentyfour (24) hours of receipt of product(s). You may return it to us within fourteen (14) working days of receiving such product(s). Please return product(s) to the postal address set out above. Please give your reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund of the purchase price back to your credit, debit card or Paypal account. Please repack the product with its original and in equivalent packaging. For your security, please return this package with an insured courier (UPS, Fed Ex, Royal Mail etc.) and retain your receipt. If you wish to return the product(s) for any other reason, we will refund the purchase price, excluding packaging and shipping and the product(s) must be returned to us in saleable condition, within fourteen (14) working days of receiving it. Please note that we cannot accept returns delivered by hand.
We are not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit.
All complaints will be acknowledged within seven (7) working days. We will attempt to resolve complaints within 14 days and keep you fully informed during the process. Please note that your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), save for infringement of copyright.
